[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Enabling CDN Makes Button Disappear

I’ve hit a small quirk here. When I enable the CDN section of Total Cache, the play button on the site’s audio files disappears.

For what it’s worth, the problem appears to be in the wp-includes section. In the CDN section of Total Cache, I’d originally enabled theme files, CSS, wp-includes, etc.

If I disable the whole CDN, the play buttons appear fine. But, if I disable just the wp-includes section of the CDN, the buttons also appear fine.

(If I enable the CDN and the wp-includes section, the button disappears).

In short, I’ve narrowed the issue down to the wp-includes section. If anyone knows how I can narrow it down further, please weigh in.
