    I’m using W3 Total Cache 0.9.0 with WP 3.0 and Thesis 18b1.

    Here’s what I do:

    1) Make a change to custom.css
    2) Re-upload the minified CSS to CloudFront through W3 Total Cache
    3) Dump all the caches through W3 Total Cache
    4) Dump my local browser cache
    5) Load the page

    The problem:

The change I make to the CSS file does not show up. If I disable W3 Total Cache, the change does show up which is why I think it’s the plugin and not WP or the theme that’s causing the issue.

When you empty the minify cache, the plugin will automatically upload the new cache file. Also check your transfers using the tool on the content delivery network tab to check for files that haven’t uploaded.

I tried testing transfers and it’s working fine. The only way I can see the updated CSS is to turn off the W3 plugin. Also I’ve noticed that when I post new posts, it takes about an hour for it to show up on the live site when I’m not logged in as admin. I’ve updated to the latest 0.9.1.1

I’m not sure why that delay exists, I cannot duplicate it myself. Happy to take a closer look if you submit a bug submission form from the support tab of the plugin.
