[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] CSS Cache and Thesis Theme

I use the Thesis theme which has a custom.css folder where css changes are made via the dashboard….the custom.css keeps caching copies of CSS file I edit and does not show changes, then when you try to clear the cache it won’t clear? Any help will be appreciated ??
