[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] CDN images are bieng uploaded, but not displayed

Hello,
The plugin worked perfectly until I changed themes, but from the same author. Since then, images are being copied over to our CDN account with Cloudfront, but the image URLs on the site are not using them. I can manually change the direct path and see that the images are include being loaded into the CDN account, but they are not being used on the site.
This is being displayed on site.
