I did that but it didn’t change anything.
Also, I enabled the minify for CSS but Page Speed still says I should minify.
maybe the Page Speed data is not reliable?

I disabled cloudflare, but i still get the same results from page speed. so it must be something else.
any ideas?

I don’t understand, Page cache and browser cache are enabled in the W3 settings.
Maybe it’s the server? I’m on shared hosting.

I put this in header.php to compress the WordPress files

That’s irrelevant. Read the FAQ about minifying files.
