[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Bug only show random post on homepage

Hi,

I’m having this problem for like two weeks now when I activate W3 Total Cache plugin and at the random time if I visit my site [without logged in] I will sometime see my site with some random post from my site [sometime old post sometime recent one] or sometime even just a post of my media such as a photo that I uploaded.

This thing to temporary fix is to empty all caches using either the Admin bar or from inside the setting of the plugin.

Right now I deactivated the plugin and using other related caches such as W3 Super cache. But I don’t like other than this plugin please if anyone can point me what is the problem

I’m using Canvas theme but I also changed to Twenty Eleven theme

I’ve also tried to deactivated all the plugin and still seeing this problem.
