I am running Ubuntu 10.10, PHP 5.3, Apache, MySQL, and the latest APC. The issue Im having is that it appears that APC is not caching like I have it set to do . When I view “apc.php” it shows that nothing is being cached except 1 system file.

But then when I look at the debug information via W3 Total Cache it say that APC is working and things are being cached. So there is some sort of disconnect going on here, can anyone help me figure this out?

Ask your host for support on troubleshooting the issue. There is a fundamental configuration issue related to either how PHP interacts with apache or how APC was compiled/configured.

It is my own box. I figured out what the problem was though, I am using PHP as CGI and apparently APC does not work with PHP as CGI. Thanks for you input though

Ok, switch to fast cgi instead.
