[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] adding multiple CNAMES doesn't work
-
I have added a sub-domain – cnd.domain.com
Configured it and now all files load from the cdn – which is nice.
But… it kinda loses the performance benefit, because all of them are again loading from the same place.
Then I tried adding cnames and pointing them to the cdn.domain.com – in cpanel:
css.domain.com. CNAME cdn.domain.com.
etc. , for js, js1, js2, img.domain.com.But… when I set all these cnames in the w3 settings, save – it always sets all files to load from the last cname, namely, img.domain.com.
AND they turn 404 (not found) for some reason.
