Plugin does what it is said it does. Support from the author / his team at the plugin page at wordpress website is not the one I would expect

    Hi @georgegd,

We are a very tiny team; as the developer of this plugin, I am extremely willing to provide nicely crafted plugins which are kept up to date and bug-free.

However, support is another thing; like you, we have a life, and we help our paying customers first, and always right away. We also keep an eye on the forums here to make sure there are no bugs (they are priority), but for other questions, we take care of them later, when have a bit of time.

If you expect support right away with something that is free, you can try to help in one way or another. A nice review, with a thanks, and a question, that usually works for us too. But we are human, we give you something for free, we expect a bit of thankfulness and understanding. Otherwise, you can try the commercial contact forms, they should be able to help you.

    Cheers!

    Hi @tigroumeow,

I get that you help your paying customer first but your contact form is free, there was no commercial version in your site and I had no other option in this case (free vs pay).

I get that you may answer later for your free products and I believe 2 weeks would had been reasonable time having any small feedback about my questions, even though you are not ordered to (but this is also my perception, you may have different one and that is ok too).

I couldn’t guess that nice review, with a thanks, could lead to an immediate reply, maybe cultural differences affect that.

    Cheers!
