    Even though this isn’t the appropriate forum (please use it for all Pro questions in the future!), I will answer your question.

    There is a filter you can hook into that will allow you to set defaults on a single or all forms: vfb_email_design_settings

    Hi Matt,

    I know this isn’t the right forum, but when I attempted to use the other, it said I didn’t have access to the forums of the pro wordpress site even though I could log in.

    At any rate, thanks for the hook. I’ll see if I can figure it out.
