Plus, on this site the update seems to have removed the sliders styling for these areas…

Form Settings Duplicate Form Delete Form
    1. General 2. Email 3. Confirmation 4. Notification

They’re now simply links without any style and non-functional. They just refresh the form page. Here’s a screen shot…

If you aren’t seeing the styles, clear the cache from your browser and refresh the page.

As far as the notifications go, I’m not aware of WordPress changing anything in 3.3.1 for wp_mail. Maybe it’s an SMTP config thing? Try WP Mail SMTP.

Thanks. The cache fixed the display problem, but the mail issues still exists. It was working fine without WP Mail SMTP for months. Seems the emails from VFB are bouncing due to this error…

    [email protected]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
    host outbound.mailspamprotection.com [96.127.190.2]:
550 Maximum line length exceeded (see RFC 5322 2.1.1).

Any idea what could be causing max line exceeded problem? We haven’t changed the form at all.

I’m not a email server guy, so maybe there’s some configuration setting for allowing longer line lengths?

I just spoke with my hosting company. The RFC error code above (RFC 5322 2.1.1) is an industry standard. It will only allow 998 characters per line. In looking at the email generated by VFB it seems that there are no line breaks for the html so my entire form is on one line.
    Here’s an example…

    <html><body><table rules=”all” style=”border-color: #666;” cellpadding=”10″><tr style=”background-color:#393E40;color:white;font-size:14px;”><td colspan=”2″>Tell us about yourself</td></tr><tr><td>Name:…

Since my form is pretty lengthy it’s exceeding the line limit. Was anything changed in the last update? It was working fun in the previous version and we haven’t added to our form.

If you want to share your email address I’ll send you the email.

    Thanks.

Ah, I see. This is something I can improve in the next version.

Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

Glad to help. Any idea when the may be?

Btw, we’re very happy with the plugin and will most likely upgrade to the Pro version soon.

Support and updates are very limited right now. I’m on family medical leave because my wife just had a baby.
