[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Not receiving result emails even with SMTP plug-in

    Hi,

    I know this is the FAQ, and I installed the mail plug-in, but I’m still not receiving the notification emails when a person registers on our site with visual form builder.

    It worked for months and emails went through fine, and then recently, it just stopped.

    Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Have you checked your SPAM folder? Has anything changed with your hosting?

    Yes, checked spam. Not there. Nothing has changed with our hosting to my knowledge.

    I’d open a support ticket with your hosting just to confirm. They may have put in limits on the number of SMTP requests you can perform each month.

    OK, thanks. I did that, and, with Dreamhost there is a limit to 100 recipients per hour for SMTP authentication for webmail. I just don’t see how we are exceeding that.

    Not sure what to tell you. The plugin hasn’t changed. If it suddenly stopped working, then it’s a server problem.

    in my case whether it works or not depends whether I provide a Reply-To Email in Settings => Visual Form Builder > Form yourForm => Form Settings => 2. EMAIL
