[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Missing Fieldset

    Greetings,

    I just upgraded to the most recent wordpress and VF builder, and I now receive the below error message on the top of my form…

    —
    Oops! Missing Fieldset
    If you are seeing this message, it means you need to add a Fieldset to the beginning of your form. Your form may not function or display properly without one.
    —

    I did not receive this error with previous versions. This is a very important fix for me as this is critical to my business.

    Go into your form an add a Fieldset field to the top of your form and the message will go away.

    I am having the same problem but I can’t find how to add a fieldset to my form.
    Wordpress Version: 3.4.1
    Plugin Version: 0.91 (recently upgraded)

    If it is supposed to be on the FIELD TYPE select is not. These are the options it shows:
    captcha field
    checkbox
    comments area
    datestamp
    followup page
    hidden field
    large text area
    page break
    password box
    radio buttons
    recipient selection
    required checkbox
    required password
    reset button
    selection dropdown
    single line text box
    small text area
    spam blocker
    submit button
    submit image
    system field
    unique id
    wp user id

    Please help!
