[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Formatting confirmation and notification email

Hello,

I really do like this plugin. But there are some things I would like to customize, so at first the style of the emails.
The email does not show all characters e.g. (, – are missing.
It begins also every word in capitals…

But I do not find how to change it… ??

Who does know where do change it?
