[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Database error equal indexes

    In my database I get the following error messages (I made 3 forms):

    The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: entries_id, entries_id_4
    The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: entries_id, entries_id_3
    The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: entries_id, entries_id_2

    The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: field_id, field_id_4
    The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: field_id, field_id_3
    The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: field_id, field_id_2

    The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: form_id, form_id_4
    The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: form_id, form_id_3
    The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: form_id, form_id_2

    What to do? Any help much appreciated!
