[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Copied Forms; Can't move fields, Can't delete fields

  • Some weird things are happening when I try to edit the form. The fields are going below the submit button… it’s a long form but this is odd behaviour. When I create a new field it shows up randomly in the form, sometimes third or fourth from the bottom, then I can’t move it. I made copies of the form with the idea of making the field sets into their own form and having people submit more often and advance people to the next form. So I tried deleting field sets not needed in each form, and I can’t delete anything. I want to delete sections not needed but I can’t. I can’t delete or move fields. I see you are making a pro version. Will it be an upgrade we can purchase to preserve the databases already made? I was really excited with this form builder at first, but now that I can’t edit my forms for some reason. I don’t know what to do. Please help. https://www.ezbizfin.com

    How many fields do you have in this form? I’ll try to replicate it.

    I switched browsers to edit the form from Safari to Firefox and now I can move the fields above the Submit button. Don’t know it that makes sense. I have another issue but will make a new post for it. It has to do with making copies of forms that have used the nested feature. You can’t add new fields or move the old ones around.

    Hi. I’m having the problem too all of a sudden. I didn’t do anything special before though. I finished working on one form and wanted to make the next one. now i cant move anything, add new fields and i cant open the fields details with the small arrow. furthermore i cant open the confirmation options. when i chose confirmation nothing shows up… i tried disabling plugins but it doesnt help. I really dont want to redo my contact-form it was quite some work. PLEASE HELP ME!

    I am now in the same situation, I copied a file to create a similar derivative and now cannot access anything. I deleted the copy, but to no avail, nothing works
    I was at the stage of thinking what a great bit of software, and that I should upgrade to the Pro version, but I need to know that this problem is easily resolvable, or I will need to look elsewhere

    Versions 2.1 and up require jQuery 1.7, which is included with the latest version WordPress. Also, try switching to the default Twenty Eleven theme and make sure it works with that activated.
