This CSS declaration in your style-default.css file is what’s adding the bullet:

ul li {
    background: url("images/bullets/dot_gray.gif") no-repeat scroll 0 0.6em transparent;
}

Thanks! I just changed the color of the bullets to blend in with the color of the form so that it didn’t show, but could still show on other parts of the page.

I’m running into the same problem but can’t find the line inthe above post to delete.

You are using a different theme. Check layout.css, line 369 in your theme.
