[Plugin: Visual Editor Biography] Feature Request: Configuration Options?

I love the idea of this plugin, and it has saved me a lot of research and coding time, but I would love to see a few configuration options added to the plugin.

It would be nice to be able to configure:
1) Whether or not the media uploader appears above the editor
2) Whether to invoke the full visual editor or the “teeny” MCE editor

In our situation, providing the media uploader and the full visual editor are both a bit overwhelming for the people that are going to be updating their bios, so it would be nice to be able to strip it down to just showing the standard formatting tools. Thanks.
