[Plugin: Visual Composer] Backend Editor Missing

So, I’m not sure if I should be posting here. Essentially, everything was okay with the Visual Composer plugin until the recent update by WP. Now, for some reason the backend editor is missing. I can use the frontend and the classic version, however I would like to have the backend editor present.

I have deactivated and reinstalled all plugins including the Visual Composer and the result is still the same. I’m assuming a change could be made in the WP editor, but I’m not too familiar with PHP. I was hoping someone could help me troubleshoot this as I use my website for gaming events and I need to make sure this site is constantly up to date.

Any help would be of use at this point.
