    Hello,

    This is one awesome plugin!!! There was no slow-down in my blog either! Heck, it was as simple as installing the plugin, got the download link for Maxmind GeoIP Geolitecity.dat file, and that for some reason installed instantaneously, and with 0 faults or errors, installed quick as heck, and worked fantastically!

    I tried a lot of the features out, just to test different bots on it to see how that came up, and everything’s just fine, and I was admittedly quite overwhelmed by the excellent results!

    Great work, great work!!! So much so that I registered just to post this comment!

    Out of 100, even as a usually over-critical skeptic, I must say that I rate this plugin as a full 100.

    I tried this plugin but i cannot able to install Geolitecity database. I’m using my own site http;//blogs.salmanghani.info. using WordPress 2.9.1. I gets this error

    Preparing a first time install of the Maxmind GeoLiteCity database
    Connecting to this URL: https://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCity.dat.gz

    Please allow plenty of time for the approximately 19meg file to download.
    The time needed depends on your server download speed.
    A timeout can happen if the connection is really slow causing this to take more than 3 minutes.
