[Plugin: Visitor Maps and Who's Online] Map Viewer problem with sizing

  • Greetings Mike and thanks for theplugin it is great.

    I have never used the “Map Viewer” option to open a window which would show the visitor maps, because upon opening it is normal size and then poof, it shrinks down to like 200x200px

    Normally in the past I would use a javacript to tell the link how big the window should be but I do not know where to look for this in your code. Is there a simple fix for this? I am asking now because I want to use it on a new site

    Has anyone experienced what I have described here? If so, were you able to fix the problem? I would appreciate if you could share it with me.

    It could be caused by the image not loading. Some php servers cannot show the image because of some error.
    Is the image loading in the window?
    The window uses javascript to resize to the size of the image. Did you enable a browser setting that does not allow javascript to resize windows?
    Did you try a different browser like FireFox or Internet Explorer?
    Let me know the results.

    Greetings Mike and thank you for your reply.

    Forgive me for being so stupid and not writing in the browser I am using.

    I swear I thought I wrote that in because the issues does not occur in FF. I did not check IE but Chrome is the one that has the problem.

    There are not options as you suggest for resizing of windows in Chrome.

    I thought this would be a simple fix that it was something I could add to the code in the plugin.
