I have set the time in the General Settings to UTC +9 and I can see how to change lots of things but not the “Who’s been online” time, etc, from UTC to JST (Japanese Standard Time) +9. Could you tell me how to set it? I can see where I have to put in the code (in the plug-ins area/settings).

The page I sent you a link for explains that you should set the timezone by City, not offset. This is because the daylight savings times will work properly. Also PHP5 server is recommended, PHP4 is no longer recommended.

Mike, it doesn’t help to change the site time setting in 3.2.1 with 20/11 theme. My site time is perfect, corrected to UTC-5.

This plugin however is locked on UTC, leaving the time 5 hours off. There’s no option inside the plugin to correct it.

    Any thoughts?

I initially had the same issue, however once I chose a city within my timezone, instead of the UTC offset, sure enough the plugin adjusted to the correct time.

Hope the above works for you too.

Paul, thanks. There very well may be a scripting reason why that is so.

I’ll try it 2morow and come back, likely to say thanks again.
