[Plugin: Visitor Maps and Who's Online] after installation left with blanc screen

  • After installing this plugin (visitors maps and whos who online) I was unable to load site or load the control panel will I have to reinstall my site?

  • How to quickly log back in to admin:
    You will have to manually delete the plugin, then your site should work again:
    FTP to this folder on your server:
    “/wp-content/plugins”
    and delete the “visitor-maps” folder
    Now you can log in.
    This will delete the plugin and you can log in again.

    Make sure your server is PHP5, not PHP4.
    PHP5 is more secure and more reliable.
    PHP4 is discontinued.

    Thanks, that is now sorted..I have deleted the plugin using my FTP client and the site is back up. The PHP is version 5.2.15 and is set at 64M. (before plugin install) so that should have been ok?
