[Plugin: Viper’s Video Quicktags] How to create individiual preview screens?

What kind of videos are you talking about? I’m confused as to what you mean.

I’ve embedded some .flv files the screen is just plain black. You can see what I mean here:

It should have a preview screen like the following page:

https://www.weddingfilms.com/adrianneandandy/

[flv image="image-url"]video-url[/flv]

Defaults to https://site.com/path/to/video/filename.jpg.
