Plugin views don’t match google search console views
-
Hi there
I have noticed an issue with the posts views. Posts views don’t match with that of search console
(please see this other thread
https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/129371406/why-do-i-see-different-results?hl=en)I have also read another threads (here in this forum and implemented these changes based on this link (https://github.com/cabrerahector/wordpress-popular-posts/wiki/5.-FAQ#is-wordpress-popular-posts-compatible-with-caching-plugins) but the issue still exists.
But the weird thing is that I tested to see if the view number changes on this post (https://www.zodiacenthusiasts.com/zodiac-sign-in-bed/) and it did change (from 89 to 90) but again it doesn’t match that with google data. (https://pasteboard.co/uIeZmHsBYn65.jpg)
How do we solve this issue?
Many thanks
