  • I was able to get this working by moving a line of code around. On line 627 of verve-meta-boxes.php I moved “delete_post_meta($post_id, $key);” outside of the if statement so that it will always delete the existing data. Then, it will save if needed in the following if statement.

PS – I am not a WP guy and have not spent more than 30 seconds on this so use at your own risk.

    I have this issue too.

Aleis – your ‘fix’ didn’t work for me (not keen on editing plugin files anyway).

Only way to delete a selected checkbox is to ‘reveal’ the Custom Fields box and delete from there AND delete from the Verve Box too. Is ok for me, but not an acceptable fix for clients.

Would be good to get a fix for this ??

    Aleis,

    The fix worked for me—thanks!

I don’t like editing plugin files either, but until the creators update that bug, I guess that’s what I’ll have to do.
