    Hi there,
I have been using your plugin for about 2 months. It used to work fine without any issues but with the latest update, accounts get verified without even entering the pin number and/or click the verification link in the e-mail. The e-mail gets sent to the registered address and I opened the e-mail but in a different browser. After hitting refresh on the account page you are already verified without doing anything though. This didn’t happen with version 1.3.1. Is this behaviour normal now? Thank you!

Hi, can you download the version that worked for you and re-install it and check if the issue is resolved, it might be that this is a conflict with another plugin or custom code, LMK..

Can you try to remove the email verification in new account email and send the verification email?

I can confirm that we check the scenarios of the verification code and link and it seem to work fine on our test stores.

    Hi, thanks for your reply!
I just tested it with a regular and new created e-mail and it worked fine. So even after creating the account and receiving the “Success! Your account has been created” e-mail, it still needed to be unlocked with the code or link.
I was testing it with mail tester yesterday (https://www.mail-tester.com/) and with these type of e-mails the new accounts get verified when opening the e-mail in the browser. Maybe you could look into that. Thanks though!
