[Plugin: Velvet Blues Update URLS]

I moved my site from sierraplanet.com/wp/ to sierraplanet.com following the directions in the WordPress Codex. I installed Velvet Blues Update URLS, and it says that no changes are needed. At first glance my site seems to be working okay, with the exception that images I’ve uploaded via the Media function are broken, pointing to the old /wp/etc location. On further inspection, some of my within-site links work, others don’t, and I can’t seem to figure out a pattern.

FWIW I tried installing Better Search Replace as well and it also finds no changes needed. I’m confused. Please help?
