    Hi @sethvermilyea

I’m not sure I see the issue. Could you put more events in the calendar and share some direct URLs to those?

Also I’d recommend deactivating any other plugin and switching to a default theme to eliminate the possibility of one of them conflicting with the events.

Let us know what you find.

    Thanks,
    Andras

I’m not sure if I have the exact same issue, but I noticed something similar.
It does feel like the ‘publish date’ of an event is stored / used for sorting instead of the start date since the last update (I’m running on 4.9.11).

How I come to this conclusion:
I have just added a new event that takes place in June 2020, but in the ‘day’ view it is shown under todays date.
    https://seven-music.nl/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/day.jpg

If I set the calendar to ‘list’ view. The event is NOT show until I go back (show previous events) and forth (show next events)
Here is an example of the list view after moving back and forward.
    https://seven-music.nl/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/event.jpg

    The order is
    June 2020 (published today) https://seven-music.nl/event/vredeskerk-wezep-28-6-2020

    Jan 2020 (created earlier) https://seven-music.nl/event/19-1-2020-elburg

It seems like this behaviour started since the last update (as my other events are shown in the right order, that is DIFFERENT from the pubish date)

I tried the 2019 theme but it behaves the same.

Here you can see an image of the sorting that is not right.

    Same issue Montfroo!

Also, just went through disabling plugins for another issue. Didn’t seem to solve the event problem.

I published an event for 12.15 yesterday, and in calendar view it shows 12/15. But in most view, it appears as past (11.19) even though it displays the 12.15 date.

Update to 4.9.12 sorted it out.
    Thanks guys!

Hm. Update doesn’t seem to have resolved for me. Will go on another plugin review.

You have to make some date adjustment on the event.
That way it will save the correct date.
