    Usernoise does not work because your site has serious HTML errors. You can check them with W3C validator: https://validator.w3.org/
    Most important ones:
    1. Body tag became “bodyone”
    2. May be due to the first problem, usernoise’s HTML is outside of the body and is not displayed by the browser for obvious reason.

    Also, please check that <?php wp_footer() ?> call is above </body> in your footer.php file.
