What Usernoise and WordPress versions do you have?

Seems to be an issue with WP Comment Remix (Version 1.4.4) plugin.

When I deactivated it everything was fine with Usernoise.
I’m guessing there shouldn’t even be a quick reply in the usernoise tab? ??

You are right. That is Comment Remix bug – so please contact its developers.
