[Plugin: Usernoise modal feedback / contact form] Not receiving email notification

For some reason, I am not receiving an email notification when someone submits feedback. I have the box checked to do so under Notifications, and the admin email address it would go to is working properly. The website is https://www.fyispeechtherapy.com
