    There are 2 problems:
    1. You are using WP 3.0.4 – usernoise is designed to be used on 3.1 at least.
    2. It seems that your theme does not have <?php wp_footer() ?> above </body> in footer.php.

    Yes, i’m using 3.2.1 and I got the theme here https://www.wpanniversarytheme.com/

    Actually, I’m not using this theme, I just wanted you to know about it. But I believe it’s a theme problem, since even the WP admin bar doesn’t work on it. Anyway, thanks for your support.

    I liked the look of this theme and took a look at its code – it does not have <?php wp_footer() ?> call at the footer.php.
