Plugin Usermaven Cookies not complying with Deny function

    Hi,
    I am using Usermaven to capture visitor stats. It for some reason does not want to comply with the deny cookie functions.

    It shows on the inspector with a name of __eventn_id_UMxoLEXmyZ

    And the value shows as rvxebql62i

    It is still passing data to Usermaven

    Any ideas as to what the issue is? Is it the configuration of the cookie?

    Hello,

    thanks for your message.

    If that plugin/service isn’t recognized by our plugin you can block it manually from the section “Integrations” -> “Script center” -> “Block a script, iframe or plugin”.

    About it you can follow this guide, section “3.2 Block a script, iframe or plugin”

    Thanks for the info.
    I have to admit I am lost when it comes to the place holder.
    The information on the complianz site is above my pay grade.
    I am trying to block the usermaven script to this site https://pdbairconditioning.co.uk/
    The script when viewed on the inspector can be found at the bottom of the page. The url it is calling is: https://t.usermaven.com/lib.js
