PlugIn User Submitted Posts Image Issues

So, are you saying Jeff Star, that EACH user submitted post has to have this added every time I approve a new post?
I have read the readme.txt, I have read the help tutorials. I have searched Google
The theme is by mythemeshop and is the GREAT theme.
Users are telling me they can not add photos.
Also, the author name always shows up as my author name, even though I see they are registered..
