[Plugin: User Meta] Form not save data

  • Hello i have a big problem with this plugin, i have a page with form, i fill some fields and i click to update button and form not save any data to DB which i fill in to the form.

    When i click to the update button, page is refresh, but inputs are empty. In URL is correct data, but inputs are still empty.

    I use shortcode [user-meta type=”profile” form=”profile”].

    Can you help me please with this problem? THANKS.

    Thanks for using User Meta.

    Version 1.0.5 use ajax request for saving data. May be in your case ajax request is not triggered while you hit update button.
    Would you please check, are there any javascript conflict or error with your any other installed plugin in profile page, which is preventing to load ajax request. You may check js error by Chrome console tools.

    N.B. For using extra field in profile, you need to define meta_key. Without meta_key, data won’t save.

    ** ‘Processing data if ajax is fail’ support will be added in future version.
