[Plugin: User Community] Support for Register Plus Custom Fields?

Would you maybe look at supporting Register Plus’ custom fields for use in User Community’s User Profiles?

Not sure if it already works with User Community or not.

I think it does not work. Similar functionality is planned for 0.8. And with this new functionality, support for register plus fields will be added.

Register Plus seems not been tested for any WordPress version after 2.6.
You can try it, and if works, only have to create your own community template with those fields from register plus.

Registration Plus does work in Alkivia theme. I use Chameleon and WordPress 2.8.4 and the only issues I have are on the registration page. It asks for the password twice and to confirm the password twice. I cannot seem to change this although it seems if you know CSS you can write a custom page. Any idea if someone will be picking up this plugin to add updates, make corrections etc.? Here is my site if you want to see what I mean – https://www.remarkabledogs.com

I covered something like this a few months ago when I was setting up a membership site based off wordpress. I used Register Plus to begin with, but found it had some severe issues and switched out to CIMY User Extra fields. Either way, the process for displaying this info on Alkivia is essentially the same. I’ve included a link below to how I did it, including a method for allowing some info to be public while hiding the rest for logged in users only.
