[Plugin: User Avatar] Thickbox iFrame Broken

For whatever reason, when clicking “change picture” in a user profile in the admin section opens within the same window instead of an iFrame.

Not using any other plugins, not using any admin themes.

For the time being, I’ve edited the plugin so the link opens in a new window (target=”_blank”) but I’m assuming there’s a better way to fix this.

Any help would be appreciated.
