[Plugin: User Avatar] Images NOT being uploaded to server

This plugin has always worked but when I moved to the Media Temple server the images will not upload. I have set the permissions to 777 for the entire plugin and uploads directory. I can set to own the folder but apache:apache owns it once I hit upload.
That being said, NO image hits the server. No errors in the PHP logs either…
