[Plugin: User Avatar] How to use this plugin in other admin page

Okay, I manage to make it work, but not entirely 100%. The only thing that doesn’t work is the remove avatar feature.

hey, did you manage to get it working? As far as I can tell all that needs fixing now is the remove button and the lightbox.

How can I make this work within a page?

@florence Never mind, I just saw what you did. A simple link to the dashboard and let users change their profile picture there. Not what i was looking for.

Ok. thanks, but that is an other plugin. I like ‘User Avatar’ and ‘simple local avatar’ not so much….

You can edit the template to give it any look you want.

After months I posted this thread, seem people still interested for this solution. So I will show how I did my own hacks to make this work in my plugin. What’s more, I can use this even in my front page.

There are 3 steps to make this work.
1. user avartar markup.
2. Ajax response
3. javascript for the ajax.

Here is what I did. Look at the comment to get more understanding on how does it work.

This isn’t the perfect solution though, if someone have a better solution please do share it here.
