[Plugin: User Avatar] Getting error after I upload and crop image

    I am not sure if you still have the plugin installed but the 404 error might be due to a way that your .htaccess file is configured.

    I am not sure why this is happening. If you figure it out do let me know. Cheers

    That was it. Thank you! I had Bulletproof Security Plugin installed. It changes the .htaccess file.

    @cip6791 What did Bulletproof Security do to the .htaccess file that prevent it from working properly?

    @maxfaction Not sure exactly. I no longer have Bulletproof installed and the .htaccess file was changed by it and when I uninstalled the plugin I must have left it like that. I just erased everything and remade the .htaccess which solved the issue.

    I think what might be happening is for security reasons bulletproof doesn’t let you pass images into to php file. because of the timthumb volubility, that caused sites to be hacked.

    User Avatar also uses the same script ( the updated version ) to be able to serve different sizes of avatars.
