[Plugin: User Avatar] Change default avatar

I don’t use gravatars, or any other intended applications with this plugin. I merely use it for my wordpress site, and that’s it.
Is there any way to change the default avatar so that I don’t have to look at the ugly “pink” option if my subscribers don’t use their own?
