[Plugin: User Avatar] Can't upload photo for profile pic

Hello, this plugin was working for me but isn’t now. Perhaps with the upgrade to wp3.4…?

When I go to upload a pic for a new profile / user, the screen comes up for me to browse, find the photo, and hit the upload button. Then, instead of the photo coming up to crop, I have a grey screen with a 0 in the top left, nothing else.

Anyone else with this problem? Is there a fix?
