[Plugin: User Avatar] Cannot delete avatar in front-end

In my case, the “remove avatar” link does not delete the avatar when in a front-end page.
Instead, the page redirects to:
(the url to my FEU profile edit page)/?delete_avatar=true&_nononce=704323a305&u=7The path of my front-end page is /profile/edit-your-profile/
