[Plugin: User Avatar] Avatar not visible for author without post

calling the avatar with
<?php echo get_avatar( get_the_author_meta('ID'), 150 );?>on author profile page and its showing only for author who have posted. default gravatar is showing for those who don’t have posts…. any fix?
