[Plugin: User Access Manager] UAM get_terms filter is extremely slow

Hi there,

The get_terms() filter set by UAM is really really slow, due to the fact it does a few SQL requests for each term in the set.

I did some code improvement *outside* of the plugin, you might be interested in getting it.

How should we process?
