    Hi @ all!

I’m currently building a private website for my family using WP 3.0.4, NextGEN Gallery Plugin, User Access Manager and User Access Manager Extension for NextGEN Gallery. Everything works fine and perfect just the way it was meant to be and I want to thank Alex Rabe and Alexander Schneider for their gerat plugins!

But I do have one major problem/issue:
I want to use the ‘lock files’ feature in UMA to protect my files even if the user knows the direct link. This works fine with images I uploaded via Mediathek, but not with images i uploaded via NextGEN. I already changed the folder used to store images in NextGEN to a child of ‘uploads’ but that only lead to the result that the images couldn’t be accessed at all (even through the admin panel).

Does anynone have an idea how to solve this? I’m very greatful for every hint!

    Hi folks,
my real problem was sitting in front of the pc…
It seems to be important not to change the folder to store images for NextGEN to a child of “uploads”…
I just changed it to default again and now the “lock files” works fine.
Alex, thank you very much again for your great plugins!
