[Plugin: User Access Manager] Latest updated causing redirect loop

As soon as I update the plugin to 1.2.1 (from 1.1.4) I cannot access *any* pages on my site and all browsers returns an error that there are too many redirects to process the page.
Anyone else having this problem?
