[Plugin: User Access Manager] Breaks template

The plugin has broken my template (Weaver 2.2.6) a couple of times for no particular reason. It seems to replace the custom template with the standard one.
The problem is resolved when I deactivate and reactivates the plugin. A great plugin but this is quite annoying.
