Plugin useful, but lack of support

It is a terrific and necessary plugin if you want to customize the colors of your theme. But sometimes the “options” just don’t work and other times the controls aren’t really obvious what they apply to. If you want to get a whole new color scheme for your wordpress theme there are always a few things you can’t figure out how to change with the customization settings available. And when I ran into such a problem I posted in the support forums. But my post is just sitting there without even a comment from another user much less the developers. I would give it a little longer but there are unanswered posts on the support forum from a year ago, so I am not holding out much hope of ever getting a response.
